Gabriel Shalom

Bio 

 

Gabriel Shalom (Born 1982, Bethesda, Maryland USA) is an audiovisual artist with a background in cinema, video art, music and design. Since 2003 he has worked extensively in Germany on a number of collaborative projects in design and performance. His primary interests include experimental narrative, visual music and postapocalyptic children's fairy tales. His bachelor's thesis, a documentary about instrument inventors, world premiered at the 2005 Woodstock Film Festival. In 2005 he participated in the creation of the live audiovisual quartet Suite For Ingrid at the Creative Arts and Music Project in Stuttgart Germany, an international festival for visual music and sound art. He is currently working on a number of character-driven audiovisual projects.
