Pancake Family Diner - Open for Business

The Best-In-Show-winning shopping cart diner I constructed for the 2007 DC Idiotarod. Yes, that's a working propane grill, which we fired up at the start, finish, and every checkpoint to cook delicious pancakes for race officials, racers, and passersby. When we were racing, the griddle was cooled off, the grill closed and the counter tops folded in to create the roof of the diner. March '07
